PLACING AN ORDER:
You can place your order through our website by going to the item that you would like to order and click the "Add To Cart" button. You then click on the "Shopping Cart" and click CHECK OUT. If you prefer you can also place your order by calling our toll-free number.
CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER:
You may cancel or change your favor order at anytime prior to shipping. Personalized orders cannot be changed once the personalizing process has started. To cancel or change your order you should email us at sales@labellaweddings.com or call us at our toll free number.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Most wedding favors and personalized ribbons will be shipped within 3-4 business days of receipt of your order. If an item is not in stock you will be notified by email as to the status of the next available shipment date (if date is unacceptable you will receive a full refund on your order). We also offer 3 day, 2 day and overnight shipping. Expedited shipping does not speed up the order processing time, only the shipping time. Rush Orders are not available on some of our items - those items' product description makes a note of that. Orders that are placed choosing Rush Orders that include items that cannot be Rush Ordered will be shipped in two separate shipments. Rush orders are subject to availability. If you need your order in less than seven business days or would like exact pricing for a Rush Order please contact our sales staff via email at sales@labellaweddings.com before placing your order.

Orders shipped to a New York State address will automatically be charged an additional 8.75% for sales tax.
RETURN POLICY:
Personalized items are not returnable unless due to damage in shipping or OUR printing error. Personalized items are printed exactly as ordered; proofreading is the responsibility of the customer. We print what you provide. Unopened and in perfect condition favor items can be returned within 14 days of receipt by the customer. Any items returned after the 14 day time period are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted later than 30 days after the date of delivery.
A return authorization number is required for all returns. Please contact us via email for a number and for instructions on how to handle your return. Please include the order #, the name and address that the order was placed under and the reason for return. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates can be used towards the purchase of any item on the La Bella Weddings web site and can NOT be redeemed for cash. If the the value of the gift cerfiticate is higher than the amount of purchase, a second certificate will be issued for the remaining amount, we cannot issue cash for change. Certificates will be emailed to the recipient within 24 hours of the purchase. To redeem the certificate, simply enter the code at the bottom right hand corner of the certificate during checkout.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Replacement of items damaged or lost in transit will be made with an exact replacement of the original order. In the event that the original item is no longer available, a full refund will be provided.
Please check your order carefully upon receipt. All claims for damage or shortage must be made via email within 7 days of receipt.
ORDER STATUS:
You may request an order status by sending an email to sales@labellaweddings.com or by calling our toll-free number. In either case please provide your order#, name and shipping address. Once an order has been shipped, if UPS was the shipping method, a tracking number will be provided allowing for you to check the shipment status through the UPS website.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS:
Many of our favor items have minimum order requirements. The minimum order is listed in the product detail for each item.
SAMPLES:
A favor sample is available for the listed price plus shipping and handling (and sales tax where applicable).
